Cyrus Todiwala OBE, Chef Patron of Cafe Spice Namaste, talks Indian cuisine, Indian culture and chef training. Cyrus talks us through his arrival into the UK, what he believes is the perception of Indian cuisine, how that has changed and how he has been part of the revolution. He creates a number of dishes from his highly acclaimed menu, starting with the Cafe Spice Platter, with a range of Indian favourites; next is an Isle of Mull scallop dish with tomatoes and cumin, followed by his take on the classic English bread and butter pudding!
