These initiatives have not only empowered such groups but also redressed skills shortages, improved employee retention and attracted new customers who share the values of a company that is undertaking such initiatives.
In support of his argument that social responsibility should no longer be a side dish but rather the main course, Wahhab will highlight the work of other restaurants and organisations that have developed viable businesses around core values emphasising similar forms of social engagement.

Artists like Bob Marley, Big Youth and Burning Spear began to write about suffering and salvation through Rastafari in their songs.
